The Core Warmer is an ergonomically shaped, down-filled front panel that warms your chest while leaving the back and shoulders open for ventilation and freedom of movement.

It’s also a game changer for high-output movement — cycling, skiing, ice skating, or running — where wind cools your chest while your back stays sweaty. The Core Warmer balances that temperature difference for lasting comfort.

Pocket System

  • Two compartments: one open, one zippered.

  • Double-sided zipper allows the Core Warmer to be packed into its pocket.

  • Placement options:

    • Chest pocket — stays clear of backpack straps.

    • Belly pocket — top-access, perfect for cycling or quick stashing.

  • Color options: Black or matching fabric color.

Materials & Construction

  • Main Fabric: nylon (smooth or micro-ripstop finish, depending on color).

  • Insulation Options:

    1. 850 FP Goose Down – maximum warmth-to-weight.

    2. 700 FP Recycled Down (Re:Down®) – sustainable and responsibly sourced.

  • Hardware: FidlockⓇ magnetic buckle (waist), KAM plastic snaps (neck).

  • Zipper: YKK #3 coil with semi-locking sliders.

Insulation Notes

  • Recycled Down comes from Re:Down®, who recover and clean down from used bedding and sleeping bags.

  • Some grey clusters may be visible under light-colored fabrics (e.g. Blaze Orange, Hot Pink).

  • Higher Fill Power (FP) means better warmth with less weight.

Design Story

The Core Warmer was created to solve a simple problem: how to keep your chest warm without overheating your back.
Made from windproof nylon and filled with high-loft down, it shields the front of your torso from cold air while allowing moisture and heat to escape from the back.

The two-way zipper offers fine control over ventilation, and the magnetic buckle system makes it easy to put on or take off — even over a shell or with a pack on.

Each piece is made to order in small batches for maximum quality and minimal waste.
