SARMA 3-in-1 WIND COAT

Main features

• The outter shell is constructed from a lightweight ripstop nylon, produced by Toray (Japan). The fabric offers a slight translucency, with a ripstop weaving to maintain stability and robustness. The fabric is windproof, down-proof, water-repellent, and offers excellent breathability of 10,000g/m²/24h.
• Optional detachable vest, filled with natural down for optimum thermal balance.
• Two large external pockets - the zippered compartment on the right pocket also serves as a stuff sack (whole garment can be packed inside for easy storage).
• Convertible sleeves can be worn short, or long.
• Adjustable hood for the perfect fit - can be secured at multiple positions along the opening and at the back. The hood is also helmet compatible.
• A waist cinch cord to change fit.
• Elasticised cuffs.
• Two-way opening zipper.

Combination

Choose to get a combo of Coat+Vest or just Coat or Vest separately (in latter cases the garments would come without attachment sytem, so you wouldn't be able to retrofit them together later).

Sizing

This item is made to order.

The coat is sized based on your chest circumference (available between 84cm and 108cm). And also comes in three heights - 158 cm, 172cm and 180cm.

Model is 172cm tall with 92cm chest circumference and wearing size 96-172.

Weight

Coat 198 g / 7 oz.

Vest 158 g / 5.5 oz.

Materials

• Coat - a lightweight 20den ripstop nylon with matte finish. Produced by Toray (Japan).
• Vest - a lightweight, wind and downproof, impregnated Nylon with tafetta weaving and a soft touch. Comes with long lasting, water and dirt repellent impregnation.

Insulation (vest)

Choose from 850 FP down or 700 FP RECYCLED down. 

• Note 1: FP stands for Fill Power, value 700 or 850 represents how many cubic inches an ounce of down will occupy at its maximum loft. In short: higher the FP - lower the weight of down needed.
• Note 2: Recycled down comes from Re:Down, they recover filling from used bedding products and sleeping bags and rigorously clean and sort it. Thanks to Re:Down support of my small scale manufacturing for providing me with lower than their usual MOQ quantities, so that I can offer this truly sustainable option to you.
• Note 3: Recycled down is not all white, it has som egrey down as well, this could be visible in the final product if fabric color is not completely opaque (for example Blaze Orange is slightly not opaque, so some darker spots will be visible upon close inspection)

You can choose a combination of coat color and vest color, e.g. blue coat with orange vest or orange coat with black vest etc.
